Murder: an easy problem to solve

Ya know with all the talk about Sandy Hook, guns, murder, mental illness, safety and security . . . . I just can't figure out why people murder other people, isn't it illegal?  Maybe if we make murder REALLY, REALLY, REALLY illegal it will stop.  We should make as many anti-murder laws as possible, that'll do it . . .
